as a general rule, I'm a bit afraid of otakons because there are way too many enthusiastic people crammed into one place, but I'd be easy for those Steampunk kids. I have new aspirations to acquire/build steampunk costumes....
Oh, sweet! You have a photo of our El Dorado group! Do you perchance have a full sized version of that? I remember when people were taking photos when we posed like that but I never got a shot of that one on my camera. I'd deeply appreciate it if you could PM me a copy if possible! Thanks!
Oh, and that Vault Boy was complete epic WIN! I know a few of the cosplayers pictured, funny! XD
thats cool i want to go to otakon. i have only been to anime boston waa .XD and i love how you say poor ultraman spent allot of time trying to put her helmet back on. i think that funny because its ultraman.XD
i felt so bad for her, she was tuckered out already from just the day, and she walked by, and i asked for her picture, and she spent a good few minutes getting ready. it was a great costume though! she seemed happy though
Man that sucks, you did have anyone to substitute with you? My friends and I are thinking about Artist Gallery for Sakura-con (in Seattle), but we're having a bit of problems trying to find the best things to sell and where to manufacture them from.
which reminds me, do you have several completed comics then?
i had a friend there with me, but it was crazy busy, so none of us left each other alone at the table for very long. i don't have anything all the way finished yet, but a bunch of things halfway done. time is running short these days to get them completed.
you guys made that radio? it looked incredible! i thought it was something that valve put out as an actual product! the costumes i've seen at otakon are really top notch, i'm always so impressed by them!
As long as it gets done in time. We need to get an in with a college or university's metalshop. We're also trying to get a sponsership from the software company we use. If we get that, then we can start on the portal gun, too.
