Apparently you can go up to fifteen minutes without blinking and not causing permanent eye damage. So maybe he kept some eye drops in his pocket and used them when no one was looking?
But what about when he's asleep?
And Nurse Joker was indeed very awesome. He even made my mother laugh at homicide, which is both hilarious and somewhat horrifying.
They should make an action figure of him in that dress.
