A study in ballpoint by EatToast A study in ballpoint by EatToast
I love the name Benedict Cumberbatch. Good job naming, Cumberbatch parents.

Because of school and everything else, I really only have time to do ballpoint sketches in the evening. This is one of them.

I'm pretty stoked for the new Sherlock series to start up again.

This will probably end up in scraps later.

I love doodling in ballpoint pen, it doesn't smear for me like pencil does :)

Agreed he has a great name! Sounds so... posh. XD
*Click* Aww, couldn't get it bigger. D: Well what I can see looks a great biro pic - a nice mix of detailed enough to be easily identifiable, but not overworked which can be a danger sometimes with those pens. Love the hands!

Great sketch! I like how you shaded the parts in his face and hands. I always experience a lot of trouble doing that, mainly because I usually overdo the shading (hence the high number over realism piece which were meant as sketches in the first place, lol)

After seeing this I can't wait for the new Sherlock series :)
